  14.   As a previous business owner, I understand the time constraints of your 
  15. position, so I will try to keep this introduction brief.
  16. I have recently completed my training as a Certified Netware Engineer (CNE). 
  17. My Past experience in the business market and my interest in computer 
  18. networking sparked my desire to obtain this certification. I believe this, 
  19. coupled with my strong troubleshooting ability, puts me in a position to offer 
  20. you my computer management skills.  Along with this, past experiences have 
  21. helped me build a solid network of resources that I can bring to bear on any 
  22. situation that may arise. 
  23. In the technology business, if you are not current on the programs and 
  24. equipment available, you are in trouble.  I have set my goal to continue my 
  25. training in novell networking, and obtain the 
  26. ECNE (enterprise certified netware engineer) and the 
  27. CNI (Certified Netware Instructor) rating.
  28.   I also have a working knowledge of the following business applications. 
  29. Lotus, Excel, Word Perfect, Windows, and a basic knowledge of many others.
